A controlled environment for partner testing
External partners needed a sandbox: a controlled environment where they could test proposed uses of the technology. I designed and delivered the platform, then supported its initial run with participants.

A platform that partners could put to use
The brief was to provide a controlled environment where clients and partners could test proof-of-concept scenarios. That required infrastructure, appropriate access controls and a practical way to prepare and run tests.
The work brought the application backend together with the operational tools needed for external participation.
What I delivered
I designed and built the platform, then stayed involved for the initial run with participants.
- The cloud environment: designed the platform on Azure and Kubernetes, with infrastructure defined through Terraform so its setup was recorded in code.
- The application services: implemented C# backend services for APIs, integrations and PDF generation, with access permissions based on each participant’s role.
- Tools for participants: built a JavaScript command-line tool and a generator for artificial test data to support onboarding and repeatable testing.
- Deployment automation: used Azure DevOps pipelines to automate setting up code repositories and packaging the application for deployment.
